DELIVERY IN INDIA

  • If you're located in INDIA, you will not need to pay any customs fees as any products sold by YourDeal India are already inside the country. 
  • For products shipped from US/UK/HK warehouse, however, customs duty is attracted and paid for by YourDeal India. 
  • Products are delivered only after Duty Payment. 
  • In the rare event that the product is shipped to the customer directly, the customer is reimbursed the duty amount on producing the duty payment receipt.


INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING 

 

  • Purchases sent to addresses outside India may be assessed local taxes, duties, etc. upon arrival.  The shipping firm that delivers the package may likewise impose additional brokerage fees or other surcharges as part of the customs and tax process.

  • Prices of Products shipped within India are Inclusive of all taxes except Octroi. Octroi charges are state specific and hence are not included in the prices and have to be borne by the customer.

B.   For Shipments to India from International Locations

  • All Products Imported and Shipped to our Customers in India are first shipped to our India Location and only after import and customs duties are duly paid, the products are shipped to the Customer’s Address.
  • Prices of Products shipped to India from International Locations are also Inclusive of all taxes (Including Import & Customs Duty if any) except Octroi charges.
  • Octroi charges are state specific and hence are not included in the prices and have to be borne by the customer.

C.    For International Sales (Shipments to International Locations Outside India)

  • Different countries have different rules of import taxes / duties. Many countries do not charge import duties on private items, samples, and goods below a certain stated value. For the information of import tax / duties policy, please contact the custom of your country.
  • Please note that the order amount at YourDealIndia.com you pay is not including taxes, VAT or other charge of import goods.
  • All import taxes / duties are the buyer's responsibility. YourDealIndia.com accepts no responsibility for customs costs incurred by international customers.

D.   To Customers In Brazil:

  • If you want us to ship your order to Brazil, please make sure you give us the correct "CNPJ" or "CPF" number, so that the package can go through customs smoothly.
    • As we know that companies importing anything to Brazil are supposed to state their "CNPJ" numbers.
    • And individuals are supposed to state their "CPF" numbers on invoices.
